Public Opinion Research Unit at the University of Macedonia Research Institute launches a Call for an experienced researcher in order to participate to the Deliverable D3.2.2 In-Depth Interviews with HR Managers for the purpose of the Interreg IPA – CBC “Greece – North Macedonia” 2014-2020 BeIn Project.

The rationale of the D3.2.2 In-Depth Interviews with HR Managers lies on the recruiting process of the SMEs of individuals that attempt to match qualifications in the current job market. This deliverable focus on the “supply” , with the specific insights that HR managers could offer.
